hmm.. woke up at 1130.. kinda early eh.. slack awhile den went to meet phylis and ychian.. yup.. haha… go collect hp at simei east point.. lol.. yea.. super funny la.. wanted to prank call tingting with yc phone but she din pick up.. lol.. neways! after tat went to long john to eat.. took bus to tampines to meet tingting after tat.. yup.. lol.. bused down to woodlands to take 187 to choa chu kang.. yea.. went to lot 1 to wait for duck and fish.. hmm.. in the end nvr play bball oso… coz kinda late.. so walk around stone and talked at mac.. yup.. around 9 den bused back.. duper funny la.. lol.. wanted to take 925.. in the end i realise the last bus is at 1930.. -.-”"

at tat time was like already going 930 la.. lol.. yea.. in the end we took 67.. sian.. sit till wanna puke la.. our poor butts are not as tender as before.. it hardened as the journey gets longer ahead.. but something funny happened.. and we sprayed on our clothes la.. lol.. everyone sprayed a lil to our own clothes den smell.. super funny.. so racist! hahahaha… den in the end we alighted 2 stops b4 kallang mrt station.. yup.. in the end took 12 to tampines.. SUPER hungry la.. the journey was as LONG as bus 67! our stomach was ruptured due to the growls tat was made throughout the journey.. wheee~

It was a busy morning, approximately 8:30 am, when an elderly gentleman in his 80’s, arrived to have stitches removed from his thumb. He stated that he was in a hurry, as he had an appointment at 9:00 am. I took his vital signs and had him take a seat, knowing it would be over an hour before someone would to able to see him. I saw him looking at his watch and decided, since I was not busy with another patient, I would evaluate his wound. On exam it was well healed, so I talked to one of the doctors, got the needed supplies to remove his sutures and redress his wound.

While taking care of his wound, we began to engage in conversation I asked him if he had another doctor’s appointment this morning, as he was in such a hurry. The gentleman told me no, that he needed to go to the nursing home to eat breakfast with his wife. I then inquired as to her health.

He told me that she had been there for a while and that she was a victim of Alzheimer Disease. As we talked, and I finished dressing his wound, I asked if she would be worried if he was a bit late. He replied that she no longer knew who he was, that she had not recognized him in five years now. I was surprised, and asked him. “And you still go every morning, even though she doesn’t know who you are?”

He smiled as he patted my hand and said. “She doesn’t know me, but I still know who she is.” I had to hold back tears as he left, I had goose bumps on my arm, and thought, “That is the kind of love I want in my life”.

woke up kinda early.. coz gotta prepare to meet tingting and coach at 915.. hmm.. den mum asked me to buy her breakfast.. yup.. being so nice of me.. went to the ntuc market there to get her food.. back home den tingting came up… yea.. waited for coach.. coz he gotta make a trip down to school to get the keys from sam.. yea.. after tat went to had mac breakfast.. hahaha.. den fetch adeline and jasmine from pasir ris station den go to chalet.. yup.. i tell u.. the chalet was damn ulu la! so scary.. hmm.. carried all the stuff inside den rot liao… yea.. coz no one mah.. yea.. played mahjong all the way la.. hahaha.. after tat went to changi village to have nasi lemak takeaway.. hehe.. ate finish and mahjong again.. yea.. wat a life to do when u are having chalet..
